Lion’s Mane is loaded with erinacenes and hericenones, active compounds that have been shown to provide neuroprotective effects. It stimulate's nerve growth factor (NGF) which is crucial for the growth, maintenance and survival of nerve cells, suggesting a role in nerve regeneration.

How to use

Shake bottle to mix as mushroom particulates may settle. Take 1 to 2 ml daily preferably under the tongue for best absorption, or add to coffee, water, soups, smoothies and more.

Each 2oz (60ml) bottle is approximately a 30 or 60 day supply depending on daily use. A dropperful is approximately 15 to 20 drops or 1 ml.
